The legal rights protected by Tort Law include not only the specific personality rights,but also other general personal interests.In principle,fundamental rights don＇t belong to the scope of the tort law,but in order to protect the consistency between public law and private law,and the constitutional integration of the legal system,it is necessary to set up apipe in Tort Law for the Constitution Law.This way may help maintaining the essential effects of fundamental rights on tort liability.Fundamental rights may affect tort liabilities in two ways,namely,pure economic loss and general personality.
