教师伦理世界观:教育伦理抱负实现的文化底色 被引量:4

摘要 教师建构伦理世界观才能与其文化身份与教化使命称义。由人文意识、良心自觉、责任伦理等构成的教师伦理世界观既关涉教师自身的职业幸福与自由,也关涉教育伦理世界的创设与一个个鲜活生命个体的伦理实体性造就。然而,基础教育现场中教师的伦理世界观呈现衰微颓懈之势,并造成恶的教育后果。教师提升自我伦理认知与伦理实践、教师教育的伦理启蒙与伦理意识赋予、教育世界的伦理内嵌与文化回归可能作为实现教师伦理世界观建构的基本策略。 Only when teachers construct an ethical worldview,can they be justified with their cultural identity and educational mission.Teachers'ethical worldview comprised of humanistic consciousness,conscientious consciousness,responsible ethics,etc.is not only pertaining to teachers'own professional happiness and freedom,but also involves the creation of education ethical world and the ethical entity of life individual.However,the ethical worldview of teachers in the field of basic education has shown signs of decline,and has led to adverse educational consequences.The teachers'improvement of their own ethical cognition and practice of teacher education,the ethic enlightenment and endowed ethical consciousness of teacher education,and the ethical inlay and cultural regression of education world may be the basic strategies to realize the construction of teachers'ethical worldview.
