唇腭裂患儿父母生活质量调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the quality of life of the parents of children with cleft lip and palate

目的 调查分析唇腭裂患儿父母的生活质量.方法 随机选择37例2015年3月至2017年9月医院收的治唇腭裂患儿的父母作为观察组,此时间段内医院进行健康体检的37例儿童的父母作为对照组.两组均进行问卷调查及生活质量评分、社会支持测评,分析两组患儿父母生活质量现状.结果 观察组生活质量评分、社会支持测评低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 唇腭裂患儿父母生活质量与社会支持情况较低,国家应给予相应的支持与帮助,进一步改善其生活质量.

Objective To investigate and analyze the quality of life of parents of children with cleft lip and palate. Methods The parents of children with cleft lip and palate hospitalized from March 2015 to September 2017 were randomly selected as observation group, and the parents of 37 cases with health examination in hospital during this period were selected as control group. Both groups carried out questionnaires and quality of life scores, social support assessment to analyze the quality of life of par- ents. Results The quality of life score in observation group was lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and observation group had lower social support score than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The quality of life and social support of parents in children with cleft lip and palate is low, and the state should give corresponding support and help to improve the quality of life.
