回转式空气预热器吹灰蒸汽参数研究

Research of Soot Blowing Parameters of Rotary Air Preheater

电厂燃煤含灰严重,特别是在锅炉尾部增设脱硝装置后,极易造成回转式空气预热器堵塞。通过对吹灰器蒸汽参数的研究,找到一种最优的蒸汽参数来清除积灰,以提高空预器的换热效率,降低运行费用。

The ash content in coal is very high. Especially after the de-Nox equipments were applied at the rear end of the boiler. This can cause the blockage of rotary air pre-heater. After the research on soot-blowing steam parameter of soot blower, a kind of steam with optimized parameter was chosen to clean the accumulated ash, thus to increase the heat transfer efficiency and to lower the operating cost.
