摘要
现代电机设计中,仿真是优化电机技术指标和加快设计过程的必备手段。多相异步电机由于相数多、机械结构和控制算法复杂,其电磁仿真计算量很大,需要通过优化仿真算法和合理简化来加速仿真过程。利用Matlab工具,通过算法优化,仿真时间可缩减70%。对比实验表明,算法加速前后的仿真结果基本一致。
In modern motor design, simulation is a necessary means to improve the technical index of motor and speed up the design process. Due to the large number of phases, complex mechanical structure and control algorithm, the electromagnetic simulation calculation of multiphase asynchronous motor is very large. It is necessary to speed up the simulation process through optimization and reasonable simplification of the simulation algorithm. Based on the Matlab tool, the simulation time is reduced by the optimization of the algorithm. The comparison experiment shows that the simulation results before and after the algorithm acceleration are basically the same.
