摘要
设计了一种用于测量电机转动位置的旋转编码器。它采用各向异性磁阻技术,通过对磁阻输出信号进行放大、模数信号转换、数字滤波和数字信号处理等,实现了多种输出形式的低成本解决方案。具体地,采用Cordic算法计算角度信息,通过数模转换实现模拟线性输出,通过插值计算实现数字增量输出。
A rotary encoder used to measure the rotation position of the motor.It USES the anisotropic magnetoresistance technology, through the magnetic resistance output signal amplifier, analog signal conversion, digital filtering, digital signal processing, etc., to achieve a low cost solution in the form of multiple output.The Cordic algorithm is used to calculate the Angle information, and the analog linear output is realized through the digital analog conversion. The digital increment output is realized by interpolation.
