摘要 设计了建立在云平台上的具有信息监控管理功能的智能勤务指挥调度系统,能够实现各种勤务信息的采集、融合、决策以及调度。系统使用云存储方便用户访问,同时解决信息共享问题;采用自主研发并具完全知识产权的Sai GIS地理信息系统作基础,提高了安全性和可靠性;利用数据处理技术Hadoop进行数据集成、数据洞察和数据处理。本系统将实现勤务管理信息的高度共享和增值服务,便于管理部门做出科学决策、反应及时和响应快速,也使勤务信息服务能够惠及各行各业,推动各行业的快速发展和社会进步。 This paper designs an intelligent service command and dispatch system which is built on the cloud platform with information monitoring and management function. It can realize the collection, fusion, decision and scheduling of all kinds of service information. The system uses cloud storage to facilitate user access, and at the same time solves the problem of information sharing; based on the Sai GIS geographic information system, which is independently developed and with full intellectual property rights, the security and reliability are improved; data integration, data inspection and data processing are carried out by using data processing technology Hadoop. This system will realize the high sharing and value-added service of service management information. It is convenient for the management department to make scientific decision, respond promptly and respond quickly. It also enables the service information service to benefit all walks of life and promote the rapid development of various industries and social progress.
