“互联网+医疗”模式下医务工作者职业行为分析

Occupational behavior analysis of medical workers under "internet + healthcare" mode

目的为了解医务工作者对互联网医疗信息的使用现状及其与职业行为之间的联系。方法随机调查徐州市区医务工作者900名。结果 85.9%认为互联网医疗信息对职业行为存在积极影响;58.6%支持医院发展网上诊疗系统;医疗机构网站和搜索引擎成为获取医疗信息的主要途径;学习方式由线下向线上转变;打电话、医院网站和微信公众平台成为医患互动的主要方式;不同人群关于互联网医疗的使用情况不同,随着年龄的增长,使用态度更加保守。结论改变执业人员传统思维,培养互联网医疗专业技术人才,推动互联网在医疗行业的应用和发展。

Objective To understand the current situation of the health information use in internet of medical workers in Xuzhou area, and the relation-ships between health information use in internet and professional behaviors.Methods A total of 900 medical workers in Xuzhou City were randomly selected and investigated by a passive questionnaire. Results Totally 85.9% of the medical workers believed that the internet medical information had positive influence on the professionalbehaviors and 58.6% supported the development of the hospital network diagnosis and treatment system. The medical institu-tion websites and search engine became the main way to obtain medical information. The learning style was changed from offline to online. Call, hospital website and the We Chat public platform became the main way of doctor-patient interaction. Thedifferent groups of people about the use of internet medical treatment were different. With the growth of age, the attitude to in-ternet use of the medical workers was more conservative. Conclusion We should change the traditional thinking of practitioners, cultivate the internet medical professional technical personnel, and promote the application and development of the internet in the medical industry.
