含毒性药材中成药临床使用分析

Clinical Application of Chinese Patent Medicines with Toxic Herbs

目的对含毒性药材中成药使用情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法以《中国药典》收载的大毒、有毒、小毒中药为标准,参照药品说明书,统计分析2017年海军总医院含毒性药材中成药的品种、功效分类及临床用药情况。结果该院含毒性药材中成药78种,主要用于老年和骨科患者;主要不合理用药为超剂量使用和存在药物相互作用方面。结论含毒性药材中成药在临床应用广泛,但存在一定风险。应加强临床非中医师的培训和提升药学服务质量,保障患者用药安全。

Objective To evaluate the clinical applicability of Chinese patent medicines with toxic herbs used in our hospital in 2017 in order to provide reference for rational use in clinic.Methods In line with Chinese Pharmacopoeia and drug instructions,the categories,classification of function and clinical use of Chinese patent medicines with toxic herbs used in our hospital in 2017 were analyzed.Results There were 78 categories of Chinese patent medicines with toxic herbs,which were mainly used for elderly patients with chronic diseases or patients of orthopedics.Irrational use of these medicines involved over-dosage and improper drug combinations.Conclusion There are some risks to clinical application of Chinese patent medicines with toxic herbs.It is necessary to strengthen the training in non-TCM physicians and improve quality of pharmaceutical care so as to ensure the safety of patients.
