摘要
分析了新兴的3D打印技术的优点,指出其在制备复杂构型件时具有整体性好、加工周期短等独特优势,提出将其应用于高超声速飞行器研究领域解决制造难题。根据国外3D打印技术的应用进展,依次介绍了该技术在高超声速飞行器的分系统、零部件、材料等多个层级产品上的应用,为未来高超声速领域研究提供参考。
The advantage capability of 3D printing technology is analyzed,including better integrity and less processing cycle when manufacturing complex structural parts. The idea is put forward that 3D printing technology is used to solve manufacture difficult problem of hypersonic field. Based on development of foreign 3 D printing technology,the application of 3 D printing technology on different levels of hypersonic fields such as subsystem,component and material is introduced. The results can provide reference for hypersonic field research.
