导管射频消融术治疗青年心房颤动的疗效

Efficacy of radiofrequency catheter ablation in treating young patients with atrial fibrillation

目的分析导管射频消融术治疗青年心房颤动(AF)的疗效。方法接受导管射频消融术治疗的AF患者117例;其中,22例年龄≤45岁(青年组),95例年龄>45岁(中老年组)。比较两组患者基本临床资料、住院时间和术后AF复发率等相关指标。结果与中老年组相比,青年组患者高血压和糖尿病病史比例低,AF病程和住院时间短,持续性AF比例较低,术后服用胺碘酮比例高(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访(13.2±4.7)个月,117例患者总复发32例(27.4%),青年组AF术后复发率低于中老年组(9.1%vs.31.6%)(P<0.05)。结论青年AF患者较少伴有高血压和糖尿病病史,AF导管射频消融术后住院时间短,恢复快,且复发率低。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of catheter radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of young patients with atrial fibrillation（AF）.Methods Catheter radiofrequency ablation was performed in 117 patients with AF,of whom 22 cases were≤45 years old（group Y）and 95 cases were45 years old（group ME）.The differences in basic clinical data,length of hospital stay and AF recurrence rate after operation were compared between two groups.Results Compared to group ME,the patients in group Y were with lower percentages of having hypertension and diabetes history,persistent AF,and higher percentage of taking amiodarone after surgery（P〈0.05）.The course of AF and hospital stay were shorter in group Y than those in group ME（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between two groups（P〈0.05）.The patients were followed up for（13.2±4.7）months,which showed that AF reccurred in 32 cases with an overall recurrence rate of 27.4% and the recurrence rate of AF in group Y was lower than that in group ME（9.1% vs.31.6%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared to middle and elder patients,the young AF patients have less history of hypertension and diabetes,shorter hospital stay,quiker recovery and lower recurrence rate after catheter radiofrequency ablation.
