经快速粉碎的甲状旁腺组织移植后的分泌功能评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of secretory function after rapid squeezed parathyroid tissues transplantation

摘要 目的评估经快速粉碎的甲状旁腺组织移植后的分泌功能。方法行甲状腺手术中甲状旁腺组织自体注射移植患者32例。其中,16例是将甲状旁腺组织采用快速粉碎装置挤出,注射器移植入肱桡肌内(试验组),另外16例是术中切碎甲状旁腺组织,注射器移植入肱桡肌内(对照组)。检测并比较两组术前及术后1d、3d、7d、1个月移植侧肘部头静脉血甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、血钙、血磷和ALP水平。结果术前及术后1d、3d、7d两组PTH、血钙、血磷、ALP均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后1个月试验组PTH高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组血钙、血磷、ALP无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在甲状旁腺注射移植中使用快速粉碎装置移植的甲状旁腺可以存活,术后1个月分泌功能优于传统方式。 Objective To evaluate the secretory function after rapid squeezed parathyroid tissues transplantation.Methods Thirty-two patients undergoing autologous injection of parathyroid gland tissues during thyroid surgery were divided into two groups.The parathyroid glands of group A(16 cases)were extruded with a rapid squeezing device and transplanted into the brachioradialis by syringe and those of group B(16 cases)were chopped up during operation and transplanted into the brachioradialis by syringe.Serum levels of parathyroid hormone(PTH),calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in cephalic veins of the elbow were measured before and on the 1(st),3(rd) and 7(th) day and one month after surgery.Results There were no significant differences in serum levels of PTH,calcium,phosphorus and ALP before and on the 1(st),3(rd) and 7(th) day after operation between two groups(P〈0.05).PTH level at one month after surgery was higher in group A than that in group B(P〈0.05),while there were no significant differences in serum calcium,serum phosphorus and ALP between two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion The parathyroid glands tissues treated with rapid squeezing device can stay alive.One month after transplantation the secretory function of the parathyroid tissues treated by rapid squeezing device is better than that by conventional method.
