右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼在妇科腹腔镜术后镇痛的应用效果

Efficacy of intravenous patient-controlled analgesia with dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in patients underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery

目的观察右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼在妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后静脉自控镇痛的应用效果。方法妇科腹腔镜手术患者150例随机均分为两组,实施静脉自控镇痛。观察组予以右美托咪定100μg+舒芬太尼1.5μg/kg;对照组单用舒芬太尼1.5μg/kg。记录术后1、2、6、12、24h的Ramsay镇静评分、VAS疼痛评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组术后Ramsay镇静评分和VAS疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后静脉自控镇痛效果较单用舒芬太尼好。

Objective To observe the efficacy of intravenous patient-controlled analgesia（PCA）with dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in patients underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods Intravenous PCA was used in 150 patients underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery,who were randomly and equally assigned into two groups.The patients in group A were given dexmedetomidine 100μg combined with sufentanil 1.5μg/kg and those in group B were given sufentanil 1.5μg/kg alone.The Ramsay sedation scores and VAS pain scores were evaluated at 1 hour and 2,6,12 and 24 hours after operation.The adverse responses were observed as well.Results Compared with group B,the Ramsay sedation scores and VAS pain scores during analgesia were lower in group A than those in group B（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse responses of two groups was not statistically different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Analgesic efficacy of intravenous PCA with dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil is better than that with sufentanil alone in the patients underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.
