摘要
适宜的温度是植物生长发育的重要条件,而在实际环境中,植物随时会遭受低温的伤害,造成植物生长缓慢,作物减产等不利情况的发生。因此,研究低温胁迫对植物的影响,不仅具有理论意义,同时可以指导生产具有应用价值。本文将从转录组学、蛋白质组学以及植物miRNA这三个方面综述其在植物抗低温胁迫中的研究进展。
Appropriate temperature is an important condition for the growth and development of plants. In the actual environment, the plants will suffer from low temperature injury at any time, resulting in the slow growth of plants and the occurrence of crop losses. Therefore, the study of the impact of low temperature stress on the plant, not only has the theoretical significance, but also has the practical application value. In this paper, we reviewed the progress of plant resistance to low temperature stress from three aspects: transcriptomics, proteomics and plant miRNA.
