Aggressive natural killer cell leukemia presenting with hemophagocytic syndrome： report of one case and review of literature

摘要 目的 探讨侵袭性自然杀伤细胞白血病（ANKL）合并噬血细胞综合征（HPS）的临床表现与诊治要点.方法 报道1例以HPS起病的ANKL患者的临床诊治经过,并复习相关文献.结果 患者为青年男性,以发热伴脾大为首发表现.首先诊断为HPS,进一步通过切脾确诊为ANKL.最初治疗有效,但很快病情急转加重死亡,生存仅1.5个月.结论 ANKL经脾脏切除确诊少见,合并HPS罕见,临床预后极差.
