辽宁阜新市创业一街跨细河桥梁工程防洪影响研究

Flood control impact of the Pioneer Street bridge crossing Xi-River in Fuxin City,Liaoning Province

辽宁阜新市创业一街跨细河桥梁工程是典型的市区内桥梁跨河工程。重点阐述了防洪影响评价的主要工作,分析了壅水及冲刷计算等,并得出该桥梁工程对河势、壅水、堤防等影响较小,但仍建议洪水期禁止通行,两侧防洪闸关闭,以确保度汛安全,研究该工程的防洪影响评价对于桥梁对河道行洪和堤防安全以及桥梁工程的安全运行有着重要意义。

The Pioneer Street bridge crossing Xi-River in Fuxin is a typical urban bridge project. This paper introduces the main work of flood control impact assessment,the backwater and scouring calculation and so on. Based on the results,the bridge project has less affected to the river regime and backwater and embankments. This study recommends that in order to ensure the safety,both sides of the floodgates on the bridge should be closed during flood season. This study has important significance to flood discharge in river courses and dyke safety,as well as the bridge construction.
