摘要
食品安全已引起世界各国的广泛关注,随着中国对外开放程度的不断提高,我国的食品安全面临着更为严峻的形势。近年来,国家加大了对食品安全的监督管理力度,调整和强化了政府各部门的职能,建立了相对完善的食品安全法律法规及标准体系,食品卫生质量合格率不断提高,食源性疾病逐渐下降,消费者自我保护意识和法律意识增强。目前我国的食品安全形势比较乐观,但仍存在一些危险因素;随着社会经济的进一步发展,食品生产技工技术不断进步,新的食品安全问题不断涌现。本文从食品安全的角度出发,分析了我国食品安全的现状与存在的问题及面临的严峻形势,进一步分析了我国的食品安全政策的变迁,并着重探讨了我国食品安全监管的现状及问题,最后提出具有针对性的对策与建议,以期有助于健全完善我国食品安全政策与监管制度。
Food safety has attracted worldwide attention. With the continuous improvement of China's opening to the outside world, China's food safety is facing a more severe situation. In recent years, the state has strengthened the supervision and management of food safety, adjusted and strengthened the functions of various government departments, and established a relatively complete system of food safety laws, regulations and standards. The quality of food hygiene has been continuously improved, foodborne diseases have been gradually reduced, and consumers have become more aware of self-protection and legal awareness. At present, China's food safety situation is relatively optimistic, but there are still some risk factors. With the further development of social economy, the technology of food production technicians has been improved, new food safety problems are emerging. From the perspective of food safety, this paper analyzed the current situation, existing problems and severe situation of food safety in China, further analyzed the change of China's food safety policy, and discussed the present situation and problems of food safety supervision in China. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, so as to help to improve China's food safety policy and regulation system.
