基于乐高5F理论的教师培训活动设计

摘要 教师专业素养在很大程度上决定了人才培养质量,而教师的职后培训是提升教师水平、促进教师专业化发展的有效途径。本文在乐高5F理论的视角下,建议通过转变培训者角色,强化培训体验,合理控制任务难度,注重培训过程设计,精心选择培训内容,切实提高教师培训活动的趣味性、参与度与实效性,使培训活动真正能够助力于参训者的职业发展。也希望能够对相关培训活动的设计提供参考,且在一定程度上拓展该领域的研究思路。
