瓶、桶装饮用水污染物监测分析 被引量:3

Detection and analysis of contaminant in bottled drinking water

摘要 目的对2017年云南省曲靖市(含2区1市6县)辖区内瓶、桶装饮用水进行污染物检测分析,了解辖区内瓶、桶装饮用水污染情况,为保证瓶、桶装饮用水的水质安全提供决策依据。方法根据饮用水类别分别按GB 19298—2014《食品安全国家标准包装饮用水》和GB 8537—2008《饮用天然矿泉水》标准中各污染物指定标准开展检测。结果 2017年采集辖区范围内102个品牌共计334批瓶、桶装饮用水,共有8个批次检出污染物,检出率为2.40%。其中有4批次产品检出铜绿假单胞菌,检出率为1.20%,2批次检出大肠菌群,检出率为0.60%,2批次亚硝酸盐超标,超标率为0.60%。结论大多数企业的产品安全,但仍存在铜绿假单胞菌等污染物的污染,应加强对瓶、桶装饮用水生产过程的监管,以保证饮用水质安全。 Objective To detect and analyze the contaminant in bottled drinking water in Qujing City( including 2 districts,1 city,6 counties),Yunnan Province in 2017,so as to provide basis for ensuring the safety of bottled drinking water.Methods According to the drinking water category,the specified standards of each pollutant in GB 19298-2014 Food Safety National Standard Packaging Drinking Water and GB 8537-2008 Drinking Natural Mineral Water,detections were carried out.Results In 2017,a total of 334 batches of bottled drinking water were collected from 102 brands in the jurisdiction. Pollutants were detected from 8 batches,and the detection rate was 2. 40%. Among them,Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected from 4 batches of products,and the detection rate was 1. 20%; Coliforms was detected from 2 batches,and the detection rate was0. 60%,nitrite exceeded the standard in 2 batches,and the over-standard rate was 0. 60%. Conclusion Most companies' products are safe,but there are still pollutions such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The supervision of bottled drinking water production process should be strengthened to ensure the quality of drinking water.
