摘要 目的利用离子色谱法研究包装饮用水中溴酸盐含量及其影响因素。方法以离子色谱法测定不同放置时间、不同温度、不同日照时长等对水中溴酸盐含量的影响。结果水中溴酸盐在室温下随着放置时间和日照时间的延长,含量基本不变。当结果的计算不考虑水分的蒸发损失时,随着放置温度的升高以及在100℃下加热时间的延长,溴酸盐含量呈增加趋势;当结果的计算考虑水分的蒸发损失时,水中溴酸盐的含量基本不变。结论水中溴酸盐在常温下和日光照射下的挥发性低,可以长时间并稳定地溶解在水中。基于溴酸盐良好的热稳定性,可将其溶液中的水分蒸发实现样品的浓缩。 Objective To study the bromate content in packaged drinking water and its affecting factors by using ion chromatography. Methods The effects of different storage time,temperature and sunlight irradiation time on bromate content in water were determined by ion chromatography. Results The bromate content in packaged drinking water were basically unchanged with the storage time and the sunlight irradiation time. With the increasing of heating temperature and the heating time at100 ℃,the bromate contents increased. But they were basically unchanged when the evaporation loss of water was considered.Conclusion The bromate in packaged drinking water could be stable in water for a long time under normal temperature and sunlight irradiation because of its low volatility. Based on the thermal stability of bromate,the concentration could be achieved by evaporation of water.
