鸦胆子油联合洛铂对胃癌患者术后血清免疫球蛋白、炎症因子及胰岛素样生长因子的影响

Effect of Brucea javanica oil combine Lobaplatin on serum immunoglobulin,inflammatory factors and insulin-like growth factors inpost-surgery patients with gastric cancer

[目的]探讨鸦胆子油联合洛铂治疗对胃癌患者术后血清免疫球蛋白、炎症因子及胰岛素样生长因子(insulin like growth factor,IGF)的影响。[方法]选取我院收治行胃癌手术的胃癌患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予洛铂化疗治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予鸦胆子油联合治疗。分别检测2组患者治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgG、IgA)、炎症因子(IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α)及IGF(IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-ⅠR、IGF-Ⅱ)水平变化。[结果]治疗前观察组与对照组患者血清中免疫球蛋白、炎症因子及IGF水平比较,均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后免疫球蛋白较本组治疗前明显升高,炎症因子及IGF水平均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后炎症因子及IGF水平较本组治疗前均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后免疫球蛋白水平明显高于对照组治疗后,炎症因子及IGF水平明显低于对照组治疗后,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]鸦胆子油联合洛铂化疗可显著改善胃癌根治术后患者的炎症状态,具有恢复患者免疫功能及调节机体IGF水平的作用,临床疗效较佳。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of Brucea javanica oil combine Lobaplatin on serum immunoglobulin,inflammatory factors and insulin-like growth factors（IGF）in post-surgery patients with gastric cancer. [Methods]Eighty cases of patients with gastric cancer underwent surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in control group received chemotherapy with lobaplatin treatment, and the observation group were given Brucea Javanica oil treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The changes of serum immunoglobulin,inflammatory factors and IGF in the two groups were detected before and after treatment. [Results]Before treatment.the serum levels of immunoglobulin,inflammatory factors and insulin-like growth factors in the two groups of patients were compared. There was no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. After treatment,compared with this group before treatment,the levels of IgM,IgG and IgA in observation group were significantly increased and the levels of IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅰ R and IGF-Ⅱ were significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the level of IgM,IgG and IgA in the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group,and the levels of IL-6,IL-10, TNF-α,IGF-Ⅰ,IGF-ⅠR and IGF-Ⅱ were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, compared with this group before treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-ⅠR and IGF-Ⅱ in the control group were significantly reduced,P%0.05. [Conclusion]Brucea javanica oil combine lobaplatin chemotherapy can significantly improve the inflammatory state and it can restore immune function and regulate the level of IGF in patients. The clinical effect is better.
