摘要
介绍吸附塔附件如保温支撑圈、填料支撑圈的结构形式及与设备本体的连接方式等对设备疲劳寿命的影响。指出吸附塔附件与设备本体刚度匹配不合理、附件与设备本体间焊缝不连续或未熔透现象均可对设备寿命产生重大影响,提出吸附塔设备附件结构的合理设计方案及与设备本体连接的注意事项。
The attachments on absorption columns, such as the structure of support rings for insulation or packing as well as their connection to the absorption columns, have adverse impact on the fatigue life of absorption columns. In further, improper rigidity match between the attachments and absorption column, and the discontinuous or lack-penetration welds between the attachments and absorption column also exert significant influence on the fatigue life. The proper design for attachment structures and the attentions paid to the proper connection with absorption columns are put forward.
