摘要
针对某公司750 mm冷连轧机组在实际使用过程中液压压下系统产生的振荡现象,以液压压下AGC系统为研究对象,详细介绍液压压下AGC系统的结构组成及工作原理,根据实际工况采用机理建模方法建立各个环节的数学模型,利用Matlab/simulink对液压压下AGC系统进行仿真分析,探讨相关参数变化对液压压下系统振荡的影响,提出改进措施。
Vibration happened on the hydraulic screw-down system during the operation of the 750 mm cold tandem mill of a company. The paper takes the hydraulic system as the research object to detail the composition and working concept of hydraulic HGC system and how to use mechanism modeling method to establish the mathematical model for each steps according to actual operating conditions and use Matlab/simulink to simulate the hydraulic AGC system to study the effect of technical parameter variation on the vibration of the hydraulic AGC system and put forward the corrective methods.
