轧制钢坯温度对工作辊道轴承的影响

摘要 利用有限体积法,建立起轧制过程中钢坯三维温度场的数值计算模型。通过数值分析计算得到轧制过程中工作辊道上运输的钢坯通过辐射对流传热方式在计算域内的温度场分布。结果表明在未添加挡板和轴承座时,工作辊道轴承的表面温度从30℃升高到311℃只需要7 s;添加挡板和轴承座时,如钢坯温度恒定不变,轴承表面温度升到60℃需要3 min,如果钢坯温度随环境变化,则轴承表面温度升到60℃需要17 min。 A numerical mathematical model for 3-D temperature field of steel slabs during rolling process was established by using finite volume method to analyze and calculate numerically the temperature field distribution on the working roller table that is heated in radiant and convective heat transfer way by the steel slabs running on it. The result reveals that it takes only 7 seconds for the surface temperature of the bearings of the working roller table to rise from 30 ℃ to 311 ℃ in the case there are no aprons and chocks installed on the roller table, and it takes 3 minutes to rise to 60 ℃ in the case there are aprons and chocks installed on the roller table if the steel slab temperature remains constant, it takes 17 minutes to rise to 60 ℃ if the steel slab temperature changes with the proceeding of rolling operation.
