新形势下高校基层党组织思想建设研究

A Probe into the Party 's Construction at the Basic Level under the New Situation

高校基层党建工作可以有效提升高校教师党员和学生党员的思想素养,增强师生的理想信念,引领全体师生跟党走。新形势下,加强高校基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用就需要通过政治理论学习和实践教育活动,增强理想信念,进一步提升支部的凝聚力、向心力。笔者分析了当前高校基层党组织理想信念建设中存在的一些不足,探讨分析其原因,并从重视程度的提升,理论学习的多样性,实践活动多元化,评价机制等多方面提出高校基层党建的具体措施。

Grassroots party construction in colleges and universities can effectively improve college teacher party members and student party member’s thought quality, enhance teachers’ and students’ ideal faith, lead all the teachers and students to follow the party. Under the new situation, strengthen the fighting fort effect of basic-level party branch in colleges and universities has need through political study and practical education activity, further enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the branch. This paper mainly analyzes some shortages existing in the grassroots party construction in colleges and universities, and analyzed its reason, and from the importance of ascension, the diversity of the theoretical study and practice diversification, evaluation mechanism and other aspects put forward concrete measures of the grass-roots party construction in colleges and universities.
