摘要
产教融合的深入进行最终要落实到组织层面,即实现职业院校和企业的组织融合。在组织社会学的视角下,职业院校和企业在组织性质、组织目标、组织结构及组织文化等方面既有差异性又有一致性。差异性决定了双方组织融合的阻力,一致性又为双方组织融合提供了可能。职业院校和企业在组织性质存在根本差异的情况下,仍然可以在组织目标、组织结构和组织文化三个方面实现融合。
The in-depth implementation of the integration of production and education must ultimately be implemented at the organizational level, that is, the integration of vocational colleges and enterprises. From the perspective of organizational sociology, vocational colleges and enterprises have both differences in organizational nature, organizational goals, organizational structure, and organizational culture. Differences determine the resistance to the integration of the two organizations, and consistency provides the possibility for the integration of the two organizations. Under the circumstance that there are fundamental differences in the nature of organizations, vocational colleges and enterprises can still achieve integration in three aspects: organizational goals, organizational structure and organizational culture.
