基于环境法角度开展环境侵权危害排除的对策分析

环境侵权已经成为了社会发展中不容忽视的问题之一。对环境侵权进行排除危害能够有效地解决环境侵权对被侵害方造成的影响。本文以此为基础,分析了排除危害在我国环境法中的具体规定,得到了排除危害的相关特征和存在的问题,并提出了相应解决方案。

Environmental infringement has become one of the problems that can not be ignored in social development. Excluding harm from environmental infringement can effectively solve the impact of environmental infringement on the infringed party. Based on this, this paper analyzes the specific regulations for eliminating hazards in China＇s environmental law, and obtains the relevant characteristics and existing problems of eliminating hazards, and proposes corresponding solutions.
