基于无线充电的超级电容电动小车设计 被引量:6

摘要 本设计的无线充电电动小车以超级电容组作为储能核心,系统共分为:低功耗的MSP430和模拟开关组构成的定时充电模块、无线充电模块、自启动模块、超级电容组储能模块、无刷电机模块。另外本系统还采用了带有转矩5级放大的空心杯作为电机,既提升了电能的利用率又放大了小车爬坡扭矩。经过测试,该电动小车可以在57度的斜坡上行驶1米以上。 The design of the wireless charging electric car uses the super capacitor group as the energy storage core. The system is divided into: a low-power MSP430 and a timing switch module composed of an analog switch group, a wireless charging module, a self-starting module, and a super capacitor group energy storage module, corelessmotor module. In addition, the system also uses a corelessmotor with a torque of 5 stages to be used as a motor, which not only improves the utilization of electric energy but also greatly enlarges the climbing torque of the car. After testing, the electric car can drive more than 1 meter on a 57 degree slope.
