摘要
目的:探讨用高通量血液透析联合左卡尼汀治疗尿毒症合并贫血的临床效果。方法:选取2016年9月至2017年9月期间高坪区人民医院收治的88例尿毒症合并贫血患者作为研究对象。将这88例患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各44例患者。对对照组患者采用高通量血液透析进行治疗。对研究组患者联用高通量血液透析和左卡尼汀进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者红细胞数、血细胞的比容、血红蛋白的水平、血清肌酐的水平、白蛋白的水平及尿素氮的水平(P<0.05)。结果:接受治疗后,研究组患者红细胞数及血细胞的比容均少于对照组患者,其血红蛋白的水平、血清肌酐的水平及白蛋白的水平均低于对照组患者,其尿素氮的水平高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:用高通量血液透析联合左卡尼汀治疗尿毒症合并贫血的临床效果显著。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of high throughput hemodialysis combined with l-carnitine in the treatment of uremia combined with anemia. Methods： 88 patients with uremia and anemia admitted to gaoping people＇s hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as subjects. The 88 patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 44 patients in each group. High-throughput hemodialysis was used to treat the patients in the control group. Patients in the study group were treated with high-throughput hemodialysis and levocarnitine. Then, the number of red blood cells, blood cell capacity, hemoglobin level, serum creatinine level, albumin level and urea nitrogen level were compared between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Results： after treatment, the number of red blood cells and blood cell capacity of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and their hemoglobin level, serum creatinine level and albumin level were lower than those of the control group, and their urea nitrogen level was higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： high throughput hemodialysis combined with l-carnitine is effective in treating uremia with anemia.
