经皮克氏针内固定术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的效果分析

Effect analysis of treatment of supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children by picker's needle fixation

目的:分析用经皮克氏针内固定术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的效果。方法:从2016年4月至2017年12月期间四川省宜宾川南体育骨科医院收治的肱骨髁上骨折患儿中随机抽选66例患儿作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和治疗组。为对照组33例患儿采用石膏托外固定术进行治疗,为治疗组患儿采用经皮克氏针内固定术进行治疗。然后对比两组患儿的临床疗效、前臂力量的评分、肘关节的伸展度及屈曲度。结果:治疗组患儿治疗的优良率(90.9%)高于对照组患儿治疗的优良率(78.7%),P<0.05。治疗后,治疗组患儿前臂力量的评分高于对照组患儿,其肘关节的伸展度及屈曲度均大于对照组患儿,P<0.05。结论:用经皮克氏针内固定术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折可取得较好的疗效,能够促进患儿肘关节活动功能的恢复,改善其预后。

Objective： To analyze the effect of treatment of supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children by pik＇s needle internal fixation. Methods： from April 2016 to December 2017, 66 children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus were randomly selected from the children admitted to south sichuan sports and orthopedics hospital in yibin, sichuan province as subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. In the control group, 33 cases were treated by external fixation with gypsum, while in the treatment group, 33 cases were treated by internal fixation with peake＇s needle. The clinical efficacy, forearm strength score, elbow extension and flexion were compared between the two groups. Results： the excellent rate（90.9%） of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（78.7%）, P〈0.05. After treatment, the forearm strength score of the children in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the elbow extension and flexion were all higher than those of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： the treatment of supracondylar humerus fractures in children with pik＇s needle fixation is effective and can promote the recovery of elbow function and improve the prognosis.
