联用缬沙坦和利血平治疗高血压的效果探究

Study on the effect of valsartan and reserpine in treating hypertension

目的:探讨联用缬沙坦和利血平治疗高血压的效果。方法:将2016年5月至2017年5月新疆兵团第二师31团医院收治的64例高血压患者作为研究对象。应用随机抽签法将其分为对照组和联合组(32例/组)。为对照组患者单用利血平进行治疗,为联合组患者联用缬沙坦和利血平进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的SBP、DBP和并发症的发生率。结果:治疗后,联合组患者的SBP和DBP均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。在随访期间,联合组患者并发症的发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:联用缬沙坦和利血平治疗高血压的效果显著。

objective： to explore the effect of combined valsartan and reserpine in treating hypertension. Methods： a total of 64 patients with hypertension admitted to the 31 regiments hospital of the second division of xinjiang corps from May 2016 to May 2017 were studied. They were divided into control group and combined group（32 cases/group） by random lottery. Patients in the control group were treated with risperidine alone, and patients in the combined group were treated with valsartan and risperidine. Then, the incidence of SBP, DBP and complications were compared between the two groups. Results： after treatment, both SBP and DBP in the combined group were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）. During the follow-up, the incidence of complications in the combined group was lower than that in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion： valsartan and reserpine are effective in treating hypertension.
