摘要
气功八段锦将传统中医的导引术和吐纳术相结合,注重动作与呼吸的配合,外练身形,内修精气神,对预防、治疗疾病和身体调理效果显著。本文主要对练习八段锦给人体积极影响的研究进行综述。
Qigong Baduanjin which has combined Daoyin and Tuna focuses on the coordination of movement and breathing, practices our body and cultivates spirit, and has significant effect on prevention and treatment of diseases and wholeness of body. This article would review the studies about the postitive effect of Baduanjin exercise on human body.
