脊柱源性下腰痛是临床常见病,但长期以来对其致痛机制的认识颇有争议。为深入认识其致痛机制,笔者通过文献整理作一综述,望有助于临床医生和研究者更好地了解下腰痛致痛机制,从而对临床和研究有所裨益。

Spine-origin low back pain is a clinical common disease, but it has long been controversial for its pain-causing mechanism. In order to further understand its pain-causing mechanism, the author has reviewed it by literature sorting to help clinicians and researchers better understand the pain-causing mechanism of low back pain, so as to be beneficial to clinical practice and researches.
