预见性护理在颅内动脉瘤术后脑血管痉挛防治中的应用

The Application of Predictive Nursing in Prevention and Treatment of Cerebral Vasospasm after Intracranial Aneurysm Surgery

目的:分析预见性护理在颅内动脉瘤术后脑血管痉挛防治中的应用效果。方法:将80例颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予预见性护理干预,观察两组脑血管痉挛发生情况、持续时间及护理满意度。结果:观察组脑血管痉挛发生率为15.00%,显著低于对照组的37.50%(P<0.05);观察组脑血管痉挛持续时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理在颅内动脉瘤术后脑血管痉挛防治中的应用效果显著,能有效减少患者脑血管痉挛的发生,缩短痉挛持续时间,促进患者康复。

Objective： To analyze the effect of predictive nursing in prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm after intracranial aneurysm surgery. Methods： 80 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group（n=40） and observation group（n=40）, the control group accepted conventional nursing intervention while observation group received predictive nursing intervention, observed the incidence and duration of cerebral vasospasm and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results： The incidence of cerebral vasospasm was 15.00% in observation group, which was significantly lower than 37.50% that in control group（P〈0.05）; the duration of cerebral vasospasm of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group（P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction of observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Predictive nursing has a significant application effect in prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm after intracranial aneurysm surgery, which can effectively reduce the incidence of cerebral vasospasm and shorten its duration, promote the recovery of patients.
