锌在动脉粥样硬化中的抗炎和抗氧化应激作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病是当今死亡的首要病因[1]。脂质代谢紊乱和炎症是动脉粥样硬化发生发展的两大重要机制。降脂治疗已成为治疗动脉粥样硬化的基石,而抗炎治疗对动脉粥样硬化是否有效,尚未达成共识,也是目前研究的热点。最新的临床研究也发现,抗炎治疗能延缓动脉粥样硬化的进展。本文中主要综述锌在动脉粥样硬化形成过程中调脂、抗炎和抗氧化应激作用的研究进展。
