摘要
为了研究植物化工醇废液的热解反应机理,将废液置于氮气气氛下进行加热反应。利用热重分析仪考察了不同升温速率对废液热解反应影响,得到了TG/DTG曲线。实验结果表明废液热解反应有五个波动峰,以及蒸发、热解和无机盐反应三个过程,利用Coats-Redfern法计算了动力学参数,热解过程活化能和频率因子均最小,无机盐反应过程最大,活化能大小与升温速率和反应阶段有关。改变升温速率并不会明显改变热解反应特性,热解过程主要是挥发分析出,失重比和失重速率均最大。
In order to study the pyrolysis reaction mechanism of the plant chemical polyol waste liquor,the waste liquor was placed under nitrogen atmosphere for heating reaction. Thermal gravimetric analyzer was employed to investigate the effects of different heating rates on the pyrolysis reaction of the waste liquor,then the TG/DTG curves was obtained. The experimental results show that there are five wave peaks and three processes in pyrolysis reaction of waste liquor,namely,evaporation,pyrolysis and inorganic salt reaction. The kinetic parameters of the waste liquor were calculated by Coats-Redfern method,the results showed that the activation energy and frequency factor of the pyrolysis process were the minimum,that of the inorganic salt reaction process were the maximum. The activation energy is related to the heating rate and the reaction stage. Changing the heating rate does not significantly change the pyrolysis reaction characteristics. The pyrolysis process is mainly the release of volatiles,the weight loss ratio and the weight loss rate are the largest.
