摘要
通过测量火电机组风道的风量,可以实现精确的风量管理,达到节能减排的目的。在本文中,通过对大截面风道风量测量问题的研究,分析了大截面风道风量测量的特点,利用有限元理论,对风道流场进行了数值分析,结合火力发电锅炉机组风量测量的实际应用,得出了热式气体质量流量计适合大截面风道风量测量的结论。
By measuring the air volume of the thermal power unit air-duct,accurate air flow management can be achieved to realize energy conservation. Through the study of the air volume measurement of large cross-section ducts,this paper analyzes the characteristics of large-section air duct air volume measurement,and uses the finite element theory to numerically analyze the airflow field,combining with the practical application of thermal power measurement of thermal power boiler units. Finally,the conclusion is obtained that the thermal gas mass flow meter is suitable for the measurement of the large-section air-duct air flow.
