660 MW机组中速磨直吹式制粉系统节能优化调整试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对中速磨直吹式制粉系统运行方式长期存在不合理的情况,通过运行优化调整,不仅获得了一次风量修正系数,而且重新优化了一次风煤比、热一次风母管压力以及加载压力控制函数,使制粉系统运行方式更加合理、经济。经过优化调整,600 MW负荷工况下,一次风机电流降低约42 A,排烟温度下降了约3.5℃,折合供电煤耗降低约0.8 g/k Wh,节能降耗效果十分明显。 There are many unreasonable situations concerning the operation modes of the Medium-speed Pulverizing System. Through optimizing operation,we not only get some correction coefficients of the primary air,but also optimize the control functions of the ratio of primary air and fuel,hot primary air duct pressure andhydraulic loading pressure of coal mill. The operation modes of the pulverizing system are more reasonable and economical. After optimization and adjustment,the electric current of the primary fan is reduced by about 42 A and the exhaust gas temperature is reduced by about 3. 5℃ under the condition of 600 MW load. That is equivalent to the net coal consumption which is reduced by about0. 8 g/k Wh. The effect of energy saving is obvious.
