摘要
为开发并掌握东方拥有自主知识产权的大型空冷发电机定子线棒高导热(HTC)绝缘技术,对高导热绝缘技术进行了系统研究,包括高导热绝缘材料的选型、单支线棒高导热绝缘结构设计及绝缘工艺研究、单支线棒绝缘性能试验验证、定子线棒及模拟绕组导热性能试验验证等。结果表明:高导热定子线棒的常规绝缘性能和耐电老化寿命满足行业发电机长期运行要求,高导热绝缘技术能够使定子绕组铜线表面温升降低约10 K。
To study the DFEM insulation technology of high thermal conductivity (HTC )of stator bar for large air-cooled generator,the complete technology was been studied including the research of HTC material,insulation structure and forming technical test,insulation performance of single bar test,heat conduction validation of bar and simulated winding.Results showed: the common insulation performance and electrical ageing life can meet the requirements of industrial standard.The temperature rise on the surface of stator copper decreased about 10 K by HTC technology.
