摘要 首先通过沥青薄膜烘箱模拟沥青的老化,测定沥青老化前后性能变化;然后以乙烯釜液为溶剂,选择不同种类还原剂和水性防水剂筛选老化沥青还原剂的主要成分;最后通过正交实验,筛选出复合沥青养护剂的最优配方:乙烯釜液、抗坏血酸、硅醇钠、丁苯乳液的质量分数分别为4%,0.9%,0.5%,1.5%。实验结果发现老化沥青可达到原标准近似状态。 In this paper the aging of asphalt through asphalt film oven is simulated,and the change of properties before and after aging is tested. Then the ethylene kettle liquid is used as a solvent to select different kinds of reducing agents and water-based waterproofing agents to screen the main components of aged asphalt reducing agent. Finally,the optimum ratio of compound asphalt curing agent is screened: ethylene kettle liquid( 4%),dimensional C( 0.9%),sodium silanolate( 0.5%),and styrene-butadiene emulsion( 1.5%) through orthogonal experiments. The experimental results show that the aged bitumen reaches the approximate state of the original standard to break the"oily tradition",which not only saves environmental problems,but also has very important significance for safe production.
