摘要 对空间发动机模拟件进行了激光焊功率阈值研究,结果表明:焊接速度、离焦量、光束质量、保护气体等工艺因素均与阈值区间有关,阈值区间与焊接速度和离焦量成正向关系,光束质量对阈值区间的影响需要用焊接试验的实测值来确定,保护气体成分对YAG激光焊的阈值区间基本没有影响,但吹送方式和流量对阈值区间有明显作用。在空间发动机激光焊功率阈值的理论研究与工艺试验基础之上得到了最优激光焊工艺规范,采用该规范焊接的产品已通过了飞行试验考核,由此表明:空间发动机激光焊功率阈值研究的结果是正确、合理和有效的。 In this paper,the power threshold of laser welding is studied for the simulation parts of a space engine. The results show that the welding speed,defocusing amount,beam quality,protective gas are all related to the power threshold. The power threshold is positively related to the welding speed and the defocusing amount. The influence of laser beam quality on the power threshold needs to be determined by the measured values of welding test. The composition of the protective gas has no effect on the power threshold of YAG laser welding,but their waftage mode and flow rate have obvious effects on the power threshold. On the basis of the theoretical research and technological test on the power threshold of laser welding for space engine,the optimal process specification of laser welding is obtained. With this process specification,the welded products have passed the flight test,which indicates that the research result on the power threshold of laser welding for space engine is correct,reasonable and effective.
