摘要 金属零件3D打印技术是整个3D打印体系中最为前沿和最有潜力的技术,是增材制造的重要发展方向。简述了3D打印工艺中适用于金属材料的工艺,主要包括选择性激光烧结(SLS)技术、选择性激光熔化(SLM)技术、选择性激光熔覆(SLC)技术、层叠法成型(LOM)技术、电子束熔覆技术。讨论了各工艺特征、存在问题以及研究进展。 The metal part 3 Dprinting technology is the most cutting-edge and the most potential technology in the entire 3 D printing system,the metal parts 3 D printing technologies are the main trend of increasing material manufacturing.3 D printing technologies were suitable for metallic materials,and mainly including Selective Laser Sintering(SLS),Selective Laser Melting(SLM),Selective Laser Cladding(SLC),Laminated Object Manufacturing(LOM)and electron beam cladding technology were presented.The features was not only discussed,but also involved the existing problems and the research progress of these technologies.
