摘要
以自制树脂改性丁苯橡胶制备吸油膨胀丁苯橡胶,采用芳纶纤维补强。分析了吸油膨胀丁苯橡胶的形貌、流变性能、力学性能和吸油性能,研究了芳纶纤维对吸油膨胀丁苯橡胶吸油前后的补强。结果表明:随着芳纶纤维用量增加,吸油膨胀丁苯橡胶的力学性能得到提高,吸油性能有降低的趋势;当纤维用量为4份条件下,对二甲苯、汽油的吸油率分别为211.50%、159.91%,保油率分别达到93.50%、86.70%;溶胀后拉伸强度为1.84MPa,断裂伸长率为63.18%,硬度达到38.00MPa,添加树脂和芳纶纤维保证了吸油膨胀丁苯橡胶不易受外力作用而破碎。
The oil swelling rubber(OSR)was prepared by home made resin modified styrene butadiene rubber,and reinforced by aramid fiber.The morphology,the rheological properties,the mechanical and oil absorption properties of rubber,as well as the reinforcement of the aramid fiber on OSR before and after oil absorption were studied.The results showed:with the increase of the amount of aramid fiber,the mechanical properties of OSR were improved,while the oil absorption performance was decreased.When the amount of fiber was 4 phr,the oil absorption rate of p-xylene and gasoline were 211.50% and 159.91% respectively,and the oil retention rate was 93.5% and 86.7% respectively.The tensile strength was 1.84 MPa,the elongation at break was 63.18%,and the hardness reached 38.00 MPa.The addition of resin and aramid fiber ensured that the absorbed oil-expanded styrene-butadiene rubber was not easily broken by external force.
