摘要
采用高温固相法,以二氧化钛(TiO_2)和碳酸锂(Li_2CO_3)为原料,在空气气氛中800℃经一步高温煅烧条件下,制得尖晶石型钛酸锂(Li_4Ti_5O_(12))负极材料。通过测试结果确定最佳合成工艺条件为:原料中锂元素含量过量5%(wt,质量分数),经800℃煅烧10h制得的Li_4Ti_5O_(12)材料的电化学性能最佳,在0.1C电流密度下,首次放电比容量达到167.6mAh/g,经50次循环后容量保持率达到99.1%,电化学性能明显高于优化之前。
Spinel Li4Ti5O(12) cathode materials were prepared by solid-state reaction using TiO2 and Li2CO3 as the reactants and calcined at 800℃ in atmosphere.The electrochemical test results showed that the most appropriate excessive amount of Li2CO3 was 5 wt% and the optimal holding time was 10 h.Under the optimal conditions,the initial discharge specific capacity of sample was as high as 167.6 mAh/g at the current density of 0.1 C,and the capacity retention was 99.1% after 50 cycles,which was sharply higher than the previous method.
