轻量化是汽车节能减排的重要技术路径,车身轻量化相比其它性价比更高。文章探索了车身轻量化的技术路线,该技术路线通过轻量化设计、轻量化材料和轻量化工艺来实现。通过此方法的研究并在实际项目中得以应用,实现了在满足性能要求的情况下降低车身重量的目的,使车身轻量化技术水平和车身开发能力得到提升。

Lightweight is an important technical path for energy saving and emission reduction of automobiles. The weight reduction of the body is more cost-effective than other systems of automobiles. The technical route of lightweight vehicle body, which is realized through lightweight design, lightweight materials and lightweight technology, is explored in this paper. Through the research and application of this method, the weight of the vehicle body can be reduced to meet the performance, so as to improve the lightweight technology and body development capability of the vehicle body.
