With the development of mobile Internet technology,users ＇ information needs and ways of obtaining information have changed greatly. The development of micro video service will help to meet the user＇s personalized information needs and improve the service quality of the library. This paper discusses the feasibility of micro video in reading promotion service,introduces the production process of micro video in reading promotion service,and analyzes the evaluation of micro video in reading promotion service. The application of micro video to the reading promotion service in university libraries is explored.
