生态环境立法的价值选择涉及多元的利益冲突。多种利益互相抵触而且不能同时得到满足时,必须进行利益估价和权衡。同时,应着力构建与完善利益自由表达的公共交流平台,建立中国特色生态环保利益衡平机制。

The choice of value of ecological environmental legislation involves cm~]icts of diversified interests. When multiple interests contradict each other and couldn＇ t be satisfied at the same time, interest evaluation and trade-off need to be done. What＇ s more, efl},rt must be put t},rward to build and perfect public communication platfi,nn fi,r fi＇ee interest ex- pression, and establish Chinese characteristics mechanism of ecological environmental protection.
