摘要 摘要:以棕榈油为原料对其氯化改性,以氢化棕榈油为原料对其磺化改性,将氯化、磺化后的2种改性油脂进行复配,并对产品的理化性能进行研究分析。研究表明:棕榈油氯化改性的最佳氯化度为21.2%,此时氯化油脂的密度为1.07g/cm^3,且氯化产物的稳定性较好,是均一透明的;氢化棕桐油磺化改性的最佳SO3结合率为5.0%;将氯化棕榈油与磺化氢化棕榈油按照不同的配比复配成加脂剂.通过对其理化性能及加脂剂性能的测定,确定复配的最优配方为氯化棕桐油与磺化氢化棕榈油的质量比为1:1,且应用于皮革上,革的耐黄变性可以达到5级。 Chlorination modification using palm oil as raw material and sulfonation modificartion using hydrogenated palm oil as raw material. The chlorinated and sulfonated two kinds of modified fats were compounded, the physical and chemical properties of the products were analyzed. The results show that the optimal chlorination degree of chlorinated grease is 21.2%, and the density of chlorinated grease is 1.07g/cm3. The stability of chlorinated product is good and uniform. The best neutralization value of sulfonation is that the SO3 binding rate 5.0%. The chlorinated palm oil and sulfonated hydrogenated palm oil were compounded into fatliquor according to different ratios. The opti- mum formula is 1 : 1 (mass ratio) by measuring the physical and chemical indexes and the performance indexes of fatliquors. The leather resistance to yellowing can reach grade 5 when it is used in leather.
