Structure and Participation Motivation of City Volunteers--Based on the Analysis of 13 Years' data of Volunteers Federation in Panyu District from 2004 to 2017

城市志愿者组织是城市基层的社会群体。城市志愿者群体的性别、年龄、地域等结构的构成与志愿者组织的功能息息相关。志愿者参与志愿活动的目的、动机、行为与结构相互影响。根据城市志愿者结构与功能之间的关联,政府和志愿者组织管理部门可以从创设需求、创新条件和精准培训等方面加强志愿者组织的治理。

The city volunteer organization is the social group in the urban grass roots line of the city. The structure of sex age and geographic area of the urban volunteer organization is related to its function. The purpose, motivation, behavior and structure of volunteer participation in voluntary activities influence each other. According to the relationship between urban volunteer structure and function,the government and the management department of volunteer organization can strengthen the management of volunteer organization from the aspects of creation demand, innovation condition and precision training.
