Foucauldian Discourse Analysis: New Perspective in Discourse Analysis

与传统语言学的话语概念不同,福柯笔下的话语是一种产生意义、构建主体所思所感的实践活动。福柯话语分析(FDA)的独特之处在于把权力与话语组合到一种全新的分析机制中,并在话语权力模型中考察主体的形成过程。其方法论上的后结构主义研究路径和解构式的话语分析策略可为语言学的话语研究提供一种全新的分析格式和思路。

Different from the concept of discourse in traditional linguistics, discourse in the sense of Foucault refers to social practices that generate meaning and construct subjectivity. FDA is unique in the sense that it combines power and discourse into a new analytic framework and explores the constructing process of subjectivity. Its poststructuralist methodology and deconstructive analytic strategy are expected to make contributions to the research of traditional discourse analysis.
